📄 1. LA RECETA (RÉCIPE) Y NORMATIVA BÁSICA / THE PRESCRIPTION AND BASIC REGULATIONS
ESPAÑOL:
Una de las normas principales es no despachar medicinas sin récipe para evitar la automedicación. El récipe es una garantía de seguridad tanto para el cliente como para el personal de la farmacia. Antes de despachar, se debe verificar:
- Fecha y datos del médico: sello y firma autorizada.
- Identificación del medicamento: nombre, presentación (jarabe, pastilla, inyección) y concentración (mg).
- Posología: duración del tratamiento y frecuencia para ofrecer la presentación más adecuada.
ENGLISH:
One of the main rules is not to dispense medicines without a prescription to avoid self-medication. The prescription is a safety guarantee for both the customer and the pharmacy staff. Before dispensing, you must verify:

- Uso terapéutico y contraindicaciones.

⚖️ 3. NORMATIVA SOBRE EL MEDICAMENTO Y EL PACIENTE / REGULATIONS ON MEDICATION AND PATIENTS
ESPAÑOL:
El personal debe conocer las regulaciones locales sobre si un medicamento requiere récipe obligatorio o si puede ser sustituido por un genérico equivalente. Se debe ser comprensivo y tolerante con las preferencias de cada cliente, sugiriendo opciones sin obligarlos.
ENGLISH:
Staff must know local regulations on whether a medication requires a mandatory prescription or if it can be replaced by an equivalent generic. One must be understanding and tolerant of each customer's preferences, suggesting options without forcing them.

- Fortalecer sus conocimientos básicos y conocer la ubicación exacta de los fármacos.
- Advertencia: El desconocimiento puede poner en riesgo la vida del paciente.

La existencia constante de productos depende de un inventario oportuno. Es vital rotular los anaqueles y realizar pedidos frecuentes para evitar fallas en la atención al público.

The constant availability of products depends on timely inventory. It is vital to label shelves and make frequent orders to avoid failures in public service.
